  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. We cover all return shipping costs — a DPD courier will collect your parcel with a prepaid label. 6. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Warranty claims can be initiated by emailing info@gsentinel.eu.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes arising from these Terms will be handled by Lithuanian courts, without affecting your right to file a complaint in your country of residence under EU consumer protection law.
