Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours after placing your order.

2) Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the EU: 3–5 business days.
  • Remote areas or islands may take up to 7 business days.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

3) Shipping Costs

  • Orders under €100: Flat shipping rate of €20 applies across the EU.
  • Orders of €100 or more: Free shipping within the EU.
  • All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

4) Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a DPD tracking link by email. You can track your shipment using your postcode and house number on the courier’s website.

5) Failed Deliveries & Pickup Points

  • If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, the courier will attempt a second delivery.
  • If both attempts fail, your parcel will be sent to the nearest DPD Pickup Point.
  • You have up to 3 weeks to collect your parcel before it is returned to us.
  • Please bring a valid ID when collecting your parcel.

6) Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is noticed after delivery, please send photos and contact info@gsentinel.eu within 48 hours. Lost shipments will be investigated with DPD until resolved.

7) Shipping Area

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. For delivery requests outside the EU, please contact info@gsentinel.eu for a custom quote.

8) Customs & Taxes

All orders within the EU are shipped VAT-included. No additional import duties or customs fees apply for EU customers. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
