FAQ – Shipping, Returns & Warranty
1. Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union. All orders are processed quickly and delivered securely via DPD.
2. How long does shipping take?
After placing your order, you will receive a track and trace number within 12 hours. Orders are shipped the next business day and typically delivered within 2–5 days. Please note, public holidays may cause slight delays.
Using your postcode and house number, you can track when the driver is expected to deliver your package.
If you are not at home during the second delivery attempt, you can collect your package at a nearby DPD pickup point. A notification from the delivery driver will provide details. You will have three weeks to collect your package before it is returned to us. Remember to bring a valid ID when collecting your parcel.
3. Can I return my order?
Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange.
4. What is your warranty policy?
All our products come with a 2-year warranty. If you experience any issues due to manufacturing defects, we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge.
5. How do I start a return or warranty claim?
Simply email us at info@gsentinel.eu with your order number and a brief explanation. We'll guide you through the process quickly and smoothly.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for all orders within Europe over €100.
- For orders under €100, a €20 shipping fee applies.
- You will never be charged additional shipping costs after placing your order.
- Free shipping for return or warranty claims.
