FAQ – Shipping, Returns & Warranty
1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. Orders are shipped from our EU warehouses and delivered by DPD.
2. How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped on the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas or islands may take longer.
You will receive a tracking number within 12 hours after placing your order. Using your postcode and house number, you can track the expected delivery time on the DPD website.
If you are not available during delivery, DPD will attempt a second delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful again, the package will be sent to a nearby DPD Pickup Point, where you can collect it within 3 weeks by presenting a valid ID.
3. Can I return my order?
Yes. Customers in the EU have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. We cover the cost of return shipping via DPD.
4. What is your warranty policy?
All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. If your item is defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
5. How do I start a return or warranty claim?
To begin a return or warranty claim, email us at info@gsentinel.eu with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will provide instructions and arrange for a courier pickup if necessary.
6. Shipping Costs
- Orders of €100 or more: Free shipping within the EU.
- Orders under €100: A flat rate of €20 applies across the EU.
- No additional shipping costs will be charged after you place your order.
- Returns and warranty claims are shipped free of charge.
