Refund & Returns Policy

1) Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories.
  • Products that have been installed, activated, or registered may not be eligible unless defective.

2) How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email info@gsentinel.eu with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm the return and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation.
  3. Once approved, we will schedule a DPD courier pickup to collect the parcel from your location.

3) Return Shipping & Pickup

  • We cover all return shipping costs.
  • After return approval, a DPD truck will be ordered to your address to collect the parcel.
  • The courier will arrive with a prepaid shipping label — you only need to have the parcel packaged and ready for pickup.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transport.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@gsentinel.eu. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5) Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-configured or special-order items.
  • Digital licenses, once activated or delivered.
  • Opened consumables (e.g., batteries), unless defective.
  • Gift cards.

6) Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item according to this policy.

7) EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cover the cost of the return shipping via our DPD collection service.

8) Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@gsentinel.eu.

9) Warranty

All products sold by GSentinel.eu include a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. To start a warranty claim, email info@gsentinel.eu with your order number and issue description.

10) Return Address

You do not need to write or select a return address manually. The correct return address will be automatically included on the DPD shipping label provided by us after approval.
