Shipping and Delivery

When will my package be delivered?

After placing your order, you will receive a track and trace number within 12 hours. Orders are shipped the next business day and typically delivered within 3–5 days. Please note, public holidays may cause slight delays.

Using your postcode and house number, you can track when the driver is expected to deliver your package.

If you are not at home during the second delivery attempt, you can collect your package at a nearby DPD pickup point. A notification from the delivery driver will provide details. You will have three weeks to collect your package before it is returned to us. Remember to bring a valid ID when collecting your parcel.

Important: Bring Identification

A valid proof of identity is required when picking up your package at a DPD pickup point.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for all orders within Europe over €250.

  • For orders under €250, a €20 shipping fee applies.

  • You will never be charged additional shipping costs after placing your order.
